KNX Basic Accreditation Training

KNX is an international building control standard that is used to put the intelligence into intelligent buildings. It enables the integration and programming of a range of products from a range of manufacturers using a single software tool. KNX products are all thoroughly tested for compliance ensuring they operate seamlessly together on a single, simple network.
The course follows the curriculum and documentation defined by KNX International covering the 10 required modules, including practical training using equipment from various manufacturers. The training concludes with a written and practical examination. The candidate must achieve the required pass mark to be registered as KNX Partner. Training will be performed using the ETS5 commissioning tool.

There are over 429 manufacturers, 48033 partners, 118 scientific partners as well as user clubs, national groups and test labs over some 136 countries, that is why KNX is becoming the automation technology of choice.
On completion of this program, participants will be able to use KNX for:
- Systems from single units to large multi-unit developments
- Lighting control
- HVAC – Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning
- Shading and window control
- Environmental and air quality sensing and management
